Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

All plants offered for sale are subject to availability. We will substitute for similar if your selection is not available, unless directed otherwise.

We accept credit card payment.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone or over the Internet. We will not ship an item until the full payment has been received.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Premier overnight service for all plants.*

This is a carrier service so a signature will be required. Advise of despatch will be given by phone or email so that you will know which day to expect your order. If your parcel has not arrived by mid afternoon on the date of delivery, could you please contact us by phone immediately so that we can confirm the status of the delivery.

* except offshore destinations and Scottish Highlands. We will be pleased to quote for these areas.

Sundries: Charged at cost. We can advise on the most economical method of despatch. On occasions sundries can be sent with plant orders at little or no extra cost at our discretion.

A surcharge applies on Saturday deliveries.
Delivery Schedule We always endeavour to despatch your order within 10 working days.

General orders:
Any orders received will be despatched from the nursery on Monday's, Tuesday's and Wednesday's. Orders received on a Wednesday cannot be guaranteed to be sent that day.
We cannot deliver on Mondays.

Gift Boxed Phal's:
Gift boxed Phal's are sent by Special Next Day Delivery post and can be despatched Monday to Friday. Any orders requesting Monday deluvery will be despatched on the Friday to arrive on the Saturday prior to the selected date.

A surcharge applies for all Saturday deliveries.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
